Grace Walker

Grace Walker has been a vital part of The Payroll Department since 2002 and became an owner in 2022. In her leadership role, she oversees daily operations and ensures the financial management of client payroll accounts runs efficiently and accurately.

Grace is the go-to expert for the payroll software the team uses and she leads our bookkeeping and accounting services with confidence and care. She’s also QuickBooks certified, helping clients stay organized and efficient with their financial records.

With over two decades of industry experience, Grace brings an analytical mindset and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to client service. Her ability to quickly assess situations and provide clear, effective resolutions gives business owners confidence that their payroll and financial matters are in capable hands.

Outside of work, Grace is actively involved in her church and enjoys running and weightlifting. She and her husband, Justin, live in Danville and are proud parents of three daughters: Elizabeth, Abi, and Belle.

Abi Woodard

Abi Woodard joined The Payroll Department in June of 2021. She brings both academic credentials and practical experience to the office. Abi holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College and earned her QuickBooks certification in early 2023.

In her current role, Abi is primarily responsible for bookkeeping, managing sales tax filings, and onboarding new payroll clients. A lifelong resident of Hendricks County, she takes pride in supporting local business owners with their payroll and accounting needs.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Her most recent adventure took her to Kauai, Hawaii, with her husband, Trenton.

Audrey Sloan

Audrey Sloan joined the Payroll Department in March of 2023 as a Payroll Specialist. As our primary payroll processor, she is dedicated to ensuring accuracy and efficiency while providing outstanding support to clients. Audrey brings valuable experience from her background in banking and customer service, which enhances her ability to serve our clients with professionalism and care.

A lifelong Indiana resident, Audrey is passionate about supporting local businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, reading, and coordinating events and weddings at a venue on the north side of Indianapolis.

Ruthie Sloan

Ruthie Sloan joined the Payroll Department in May of 2024 as a Payroll Specialist. In her role, she serves as one of our payroll processors and bookkeepers and takes pride in assisting clients with their inquiries. Ruthie brings over five years of experience in the customer service industry. Originally from a small town, Ruthie is passionate for supporting local businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting and spending time outdoors, particularly hiking.
